Appointments and accountability for Army units

Know who got the word. Know who's where.

Rollstat sends appointment reminders your soldiers have to acknowledge. If one goes unanswered, it goes to their squad leader. Leave, pass and duty feed a PERSTAT that is ready before first formation.

  • Every reminder and acknowledgment logged

The objective

Stop losing time to missed appointments and to chasing people for a head count.

No more "I never got the text"

Each soldier taps Acknowledge on their own phone. Nobody can do it for them, so the record shows who knew and when.

Leaders hear about the problem, not the routine

Squad leaders are only notified when a reminder goes unanswered. Everything that was acknowledged stays quiet.

PERSTAT without the group chat

Leave, pass, comp days, CQ and staff duty are already in the system, so the morning numbers are one tap away.

How it works

Three steps, and the middle one belongs to the soldier.

  1. 1

    A leader assigns the appointment

Pick the soldier, the type, the place and the time. They get a notification right away, then reminders 24 hours, 2 hours and 30 minutes before.

  2. 2

    The soldier acknowledges

One tap. On Android the button is on the notification itself; on iPhone it opens the app to the appointment.

  3. 3

    Silence escalates

If a reminder isn't acknowledged in time, the leaders in that soldier's squad are notified. With no squad leader, it goes to the admins.

What leaders see

These are drawn from the real screens, with made-up names. Or skip the pictures and : a made-up platoon you can click through, no account needed.

Who hasn't answered, at a glance

The dashboard sorts appointments by what needs attention: not acknowledged, still waiting, and ready to mark attended or no-show. It also warns you when someone has notifications turned off.

  • Up to four squads, each with a squad leader
  • Managers see their squad; admins see everyone
  • Attended and no-show tracked per appointment

PERSTAT that builds itself

Pick a date and get assigned, present for duty and who is out and why, squad by squad. Turn on Forecast to see tomorrow next to today.

  • Copy as text in the format squad leaders already send
  • Export a PDF for the first sergeant
  • One status per soldier per day, so CQ can't land on someone's pass

Shared calendar

Training, days off and other platoon events sit on one calendar next to each soldier's own appointments.

A record for counseling

Every reminder, acknowledgment, escalation and no-show goes into an audit log you can export as a spreadsheet.

Soldier profiles

MOS, ACFT score, weapons qualification, medical readiness category, phone and emergency contact, visible only to that soldier's leaders.

Any phone

Rollstat installs to the home screen from a link. iPhone and Android get the same app and the same notifications.

General by design

Appointment types stay broad, such as Medical or Dental. Rollstat doesn't ask for medical details, and you shouldn't enter them.

Light and dark

A clean civilian look that follows the phone's light or dark setting.

Who we are

Rollstat is a small, independent team. We built it with an Army leader for his own platoon of about 50 soldiers in Hawaii, because half of them carry Android phones and the tools they had only worked on iPhone.

Everything on this page exists because that platoon asked for it and uses it. When a unit tells us something is missing, we add it.

Rollstat is a private product. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Army or the Department of Defense.
